Extending the M4Following an extensive assessment process Leighton Samsung John Holland was selected to deliver the extension of the M4 Motorway from Homebush to Haberfield.
The extension will end the bottleneck at the end of the M4, saving travel time for motorists and removing cars off local streets.
The M4 will be extended by building twin tunnels from Homebush to Parramatta Road and the City West Link, Haberfield. The tunnels will have three lanes in each direction and connect to the work already started on Stage 1, widening the M4 Motorway from Church Street, Parramatta to Homebush Bay Drive, Homebush.
Motorists can enter and exit the M4 East tunnel at:
• The M4 Motorway at Homebush
• Concord Road at North Strathfield
• Parramatta Road at Haberfield
• City West Link at Haberfield
