MSc - Mobile Telecommunication Engineering )))

Are you ready to take up the challenge and revitalise your career opportunities?Blending cutting edge technology training, real world experience and rigorous academic research, Mpirical and Middlesex University bring you the worlds first truly comprehensive MSc in Mobile Telecommunication Engineering.

Most training programmes within the mobile industry are disjointed and offer no formal qualifications. Furthermore, many academic courses struggle to incorporate the real commercial challenges that face the telecoms industry today. To address these issues Mpirical, global leaders in the delivery of telecommunication training, have developed an exciting opportunity to continue your professional development and gain an internationally recognized post graduate qualification.

The programme is comprised of four taught phases followed by a project or dissertation. The four taught phases include; Foundation Engineering, Commercial & Strategic Management, Radio Network Engineering and Core Network Engineering are delivered live online / or at one of our campus locations. Each study phase comprises of a number of activities, exercises, assessments and presentations which all go to form the portfolio of submission.

It is anticipated that the majority of students will complete the MSc however, the programme has been developed to provide those who wish to leave with an intermediate qualification; the PGCert and PGDip in Mobile Telecommunication Engineering.

    Wi-Fi & WiMAX Roadmap )))

    Your route to success

Our roadmaps have been carefully designed to enable you to navigate your way to success. They begin with courses that introduce you to the technology area and provide an end-to-end explanation. Follow-on training is then signposted to guide you further into a specific aspect of the technology. We are conscious that the concept of one size fits all certainly does not apply to learning. We understand the needs of organizations which is why our learning solutions come in a number of formats. What is more,

these can be blended to meet your specific needs.Onsite - we come to you, or we meet your team at one of our training venues.Live Online - the content covered is identical to that of an onsite course and the students participate in exactly the same way; its just delivered live and online.Distance - a detailed programme specifically for your team in which they study over an extended period with support from our subject matter experts.

MPIRICALLearning Zone At the heart of all of our courses is our learning management system - the Learning Zone. Pre-Learning - many of our courses contain pre-learning which has been specifically designed to prepare you for the course.

Comprehensive Resources - on Mpirical courses, all resources including colour course notes, exercises, practical and technical / financial models are provided in digital format. You also get links to useful references, white papers and research journals.

Virtual Classroom - you will access the virtual classroom through the Learning Zone. What is more, you will also have access to recorded virtual sessions, should you have missed the live session or just want to review the concepts discussed.

Certification - attending an Mpirical course is recognized through our unique certification service. These can be used to indicate prior learning on our MSc programme, delivered in conjunction with Middlesex University.

    * denotes number of hours for live online delivery.
