I so upset with the customer support you provide,if you were investigated you would be destroyed,sure you probably won't even read this,I have never encountered the like in my life online, (client name removed) should be ashamed....I welcome you to fully investigate my pleas with your support team to help me out?????They don't even read my emails properly...they are there scratching their arses and getting paid for doing Fuck all....whoops..they are actually doing something....yes giving your company the worst possible reputation possible...copy and paste...and then back to scratching their arses for the day...yes I am pissed off..you would be as well..you see if you had a telephone line to call they would have to complete the tasks and do the job properly...I look forward to your reply...I have a good idea will bring your company sales but the arse scratchers are just 2 infuriating to work with..OMG how does your CEO post online videos about his affliate network and how you guys differ in online Travel..why doesn't he sit with the arse scatchers for a week or mystery shop them himself..enough said now...do something about it..they are doing you such a diservice and I have to let rip.

Our second favourite piece of feedback in 2012 – why well we want to ensure that everyone has their case resolved by us even this one!
