Payment Method: 30% deposit at registration (non-refundable in case of cancelation). The rest of the fee to be paid before 15 May 2017.
Working Meditation – you will participate in
the daily monastery work including cooking,
cleaning, dishwashing, maintaining of the stables,
gardening, taking care of the animals and plants.
Leisure Activities – there will be a variety of
leisure activities to choose from: painting of Mani,
calligraphy, walking in the forest, books’ reading
and exercises.
Shaolin Kung Fu – one of the oldest
institutionalized styles of Chinese martial arts. Its
movements are rapid, quick and forceful. During
the retreat you will learn and practice Shaolin
Kung Fu basics.
Meditation – you will learn and practice the
main meditation principles and techniques aimed
at mind concentration, relaxation and building
your internal energy.
Theory Lessons – main concepts of Buddhism,
Confucianism and Taoism ideas, introduction to
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and
Buddhism practical implementation in the modern
way of living.
Shaolin Activities Qi Gong – a holistic system of coordinated body
posture and movement, breathing, and
meditation. Its techniques are designed to
improve and enhance the body's qi (chi) – the
