You know why you’re not getting lots of shares and comments???That’s because people doesn’t even read your content.

Studies show that most of the people don’t read full content all they give a s**t to is headline, sub-heads and other highlighted parts of your blog post. (This is known as SCANNING)But you want them to read it all. Don’t You?

Your purpose is to make them read your entire blog post and then you want them to share, comment, subscribe to your list or click your CTA.

In this PDF I’m sharing 5 easy tactics (more in the end) to help you write content that people actually read and interact with.

Let’s get started:

WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOUR CONTENT?

1. BOLD YOUR KEY POINTS

When people scan they only focus on italicized, underlined, CAPITALIZED and bold words.

By bolding the most valuable and important points from your post you’ll get your visitors to actually read them.

2. USE BULLETS AND NUMBERED LIST

I don’t know why but people always f**kin notice bullets and numbered lists. Therefore it’s the best place to add your most desired action.

Like – A link to another one of your article, link to your landing page or opt-in box etc.

3. WRITE SHORT SENTENCES

We humans are lazy, we don’t want to read long boring paragrphs. And that’s why when we see short sentences our eyes send signal to brain and says “Hey! this is easy to read!”

By writing short sentences instead of long paragraphs you’ll actually make people read it. Most of the top blogs follow this rule

4. WRITE CURIOSITY CREATING SUB-HEADS

When someone is scanning a post all they focus on is headlines, sub-heads, bold words and bullets. They don’t give a s**t to the content (but you want them to read it).

By writing sub-heads that creates curiosity you motivates your visitors to read further. On the other hand if sub-head is specific, no one will read the content.

5. USE MAGIC WORDS

Do you remember headlines that always make you click because they use some heavy words like “remarkeble”, “legendry”, “sensational”, “outrageous” etc.

These huge words are known as power/magic words. We don’t use them in daily life but when it comes to online marketing they are super effective.
