What’s pasteurization?
65°C Disease-causing organisms in water,
milk and other liquids are killed by exposure to heat and the liquid is rendered free from E. Coli, Rotaviruses, Giardia, and Hepatitis A
Importance
Water doesn’t have to boil to 100°C to get rid of these bacteria (you can stop at 65°C)
People in underdeveloped countries spend a lot of their day collecting fuel and wood
