Why now? Why me?

I am a qualified MBTI practitioner. I have many years experience of working to develop individuals, teams and organisations. It is a widely recognised tool that has been frequently tested for reliability and validity. It enables you to get a deeper understanding of yourself and the differences with others. It helps you see where your blind spots are likely to be. But more than that, working with me you can learn how to apply it to decision making, effective communication, stress management as well as identifying what career environment would suit you best. It is also fundamental to differentiating you at interview / in the workplace
