• Production and implementation of software for: planning and control of production (SmartPlanner), on-line tracking systems, logistics and warehousing systems, equipment maintenance systems (SmartFix).

• Recruitment services in hiring middle and top management positions as: technicians, engineers, managers (technical, production, quality), general manager.

• Social auditing/approvals of production facilities (shape audits).

• Management/engineering/consultancy/training contracts over existing production facilities.

SmartPlanner is a software especially designed for planning and control of the production activities. It is a managerial tool in hand of executive and middle management, which creates an overview of the whole operations.

How it works?

SmartPlanner use the platform of Microsoft Visual FoxPro, being a database that generate reports.

SmartPlanner is not a bar code labeling system. Input and updating data’s are based on simple and efficient system handled by users.

Planning and production control are linked to each other. SmartPlanner generate 43 reports, on real-time feed backs which are the solid base to take managerial decisions.

This overview report from SmartPlanner is the base in evaluate the production capacity

This module is designed to give detailed reports for the purchasing of raw materialsrequired, in order to meet production planning.

It is possible to select the suppliers by countries and locations. Therefore, optimum raw material shipments could be organized in order to reduce the purchasing costs.

Engineering – BOM’s (Bills of Material), SAM’s (Standard Allowance Minutes)

Technical chart contains all necessary information for a given style:

• Pictures of the product• BOM’s (Bills of Materials)• SAM’s (Standard Allowance Minutes)• Size chart• Technical details• Special operations details (washing, printing, embroidery)• Comments

Engineering – production units balancing

Analyzing those reports could help identifying the balancing problems and loading of each line which could occur in the future based on planning.

Logistics and warehousing

Following dispatch, reports for transport destinations as well as pack-lists are available.

A database for a later optimization of the transport is possible due to this module.

Logistics and warehousingLocation of the orders inside warehouse is allowed sorting and grouping as required.

Handling and loading of goods are more easier.

Control of production costs

Costs included in this module are:

• raw materials costs per order• production costs per order

There are also other selection criterias.

Financial forecasts

Reports on cash flows, customer invoices or production cost forecasts are available in this module.

Cash-flow income forecast shows the delays the agreed delays of payments after shipment on customer based.
