CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT SOFTWARE

Key to our Compliance Efforts for ISO 9001:2008 standard. Cloud-based software with access via computer, tablet or

smart phone allowing all involvement from all associates. System has multiple modules including:

o Non-Conformance (NCR) – An NCR report is issued for any item with a written procedure, but an associate did not follow that procedure.

o Customer Feedback (CF) – A CF is created when we receive customer feedback, good and bad. All feedback is time-stamped and documented.

o Corrective Action Request (CAR) – A CAR is generated when any new issue arises that does not have an existing written procedure.

CIS

o Preventive Action – A PA is entered into the system when any FW associate finds an item that needs improvement.

o Inspections – Monthly customer audits by the Regional Manager. Quarterly customer audit from the Safety and Compliance Officer. Each facility is also inspected for associate safety, customer product safety and general compliance on a monthly basis by the Safety and Compliance Officer.

o Documentation – This is a massive section of our CIS Software and is where we control all our documentation.

o MSDS – All MSDS sheets are loaded into the system so any associate can access them via computer, tablet or smart phone.

o Training – This section includes links to all our training materials.
