ConclusionSleep isn't just a form of rest. Sleep plays a
critical physiological function,
and is indispensable for your
intellectual development.
Most of the 18-22 years male &
22-25 years female have sleeping problems.
• For BODY requirement, HUMAN need to sleep 8 hours.
• Female must practice to sleep with light off because body due to natural traits, reacts to darkness as a time for shelter and sleep
• Male must try to decrease the temperature of air-conditional to avoid sleeping problem.
• Psychiatrist will be a good choice for you when strongly feel stress or anxiety.
