The use of backside glass instead of polymer-based back sheet Edge-sealent technology

ViaSolis modules are produced by laminating PV cells between two glass sheets. The structure of same thickness glass determinate the zero-force in the PV cell despite external load forces that influence PV module during lifetime of it The use of the same material for both sides of PV module also means equal thermal extension of the encapsulation materials ensuring no cell breakage Glass/glass module has better cooling properties.
