Mary, Mary, quite contrary, how

does your garden grow?

With silver bells and cockle

shells.

And pretty maids all in a row.

This is our old garden it doesn’t look nice like Mary’s!

We want a garden with flowers and good things to eat.

We want to learn how to look after our garden.

We had to think about what we wanted in our new garden.

We want to grow vegetables.

We want to grow herbs.

We want to grow plants from seeds.

We need seed raising mix.

We want some egg cartons to grow some seedlings.

We all made some seed trays.

Look at our new seedlings growing !

We had to dig up the soil.

I am learning to dig a hole for my plants.

I am learning to pat the soil around my plants.

We have to water our plants, to help them grow.

This is our new garden.

We love our new garden!
