Helena’s Restaurant is located in two adjoining dining areas within Coopmanhuijs. The first area, beneath an antique yellow-wood ceiling, is appointed with richly embossed French wallpaper. Lighted trees – intricately made of wire – adorn an entire wall. In the second
dining area, hand-hewn poplar dining chairs are set beneath the glass roof of a charming conservatoire, which opens onto the enclosed courtyard and swimming-pool.
