• When travelling along the N1 or the N2 into Cape Town City Centre, proceed towards the V&A Waterfront

• You will pass the Western Grand on your left and the Waterfront turnoff on your right continue straight ahead until the next set of traffic lights

• Turn right into Sea Point

• Continue straight ahead until you reach the Traffic Circle

• Continue straight, you will pass the Green Point Stadium

• Continue onto Beach Road , you will pass the SABC Studios in Sea Point on your left,

• You will continue along Beach Road for approximately 1km until you reach a second set of traffic lights.

• Take the next left into Oliver Road

• Turn left into Graham Road and left again into Marais Road
