Project Service API The Geo-Coordinates field has been added to the Project Service API . You can read and update the ex isting geo-coordinate data associated with a particular project, using the API.

Manage Business Systems Available for a Particular Sub-Account
Company administrators can now define which business systems will be active. The status of the business sys tems is displayed in the Business Systems tab of the System Configuration app.
You can navigate to the de tails of a particular business system in the System Configuration app, and then select the Is Active checkbox to mark that system as ac tive.

Technical User Flow (Client Credential Flow) is Available for Public APIs
You can now configure a technical user for a particular company, for usage with pub lic APIs. Currently, using the Project Service API , a technical user for a particular company can perform the following:
Get a list of all the projects the company participates in
Get the header details of all individual projects the company participates in
Note For the technical user to view project related de tails in an API call, at least one employee of the technical user's com pany must have read au thorization to the project.

My Digital Twins The integration between SAP Enterprise Product Develop ment cloud solution and SAP S/4HANA Cloud for projects, project collaboration, is now possible. After integration, on importing a digital twin model file to the My Digital Twins app, the visualization object will additionally be created in SAP Enterprise Product Development.
After a digital twin model file is successfully imported to the My Digital Twins app, a link to view the visualization object on SAP Enterprise Product Development will be available in the Related Objects section of the digital twin.
Note All existing function
alities associated with the My Digital Twins app will re main the same even without a SAP En terprise Product De velopment sub scription.
For a given project, the visualization data imported to Enterprise Product Development will be stored in the tenant of the company that is the owner of the collaboration project.
Features of Previous Releases
Example Company A, Company B, and Company C are part of a col laboration project. Com pany A is the collaboration project owner and SAP Enter prise Product Development is set up in the sub-account of Company A. All digital twin visu alization mod els will be im ported to the SAP Enterprise Product Devel opment tenant of Company A. If companies B or C import a visualization model, the visu alization will be stored in the SAP Enterprise Product Devel opment tenant of Company A.
Since the visualiza tion data is stored in the SAP Enterprise Product Develop ment tenant of the collaboration owner, only the users be longing to the col laboration owner's company can view the links to the visu alization objects
found in Related Objects section of the digital twin.
As the visualization data is stored in the collaboration own er's SAP Enterprise Product Develop ment tenant, even if the users belonging to the other compa nies but participat ing in the same project, import model documents, they will not be able to access the visual ization in their com pany specific SAP Enterprise Product Development ten ants.
If you want to use the addi tional functionalities pro vided by SAP Enterprise Product Development, ac countspecific configurations are needed for the existing and newly created projects. For more information on how to configure SAP Enterprise Product Development SaaS, see Integration with SAP En terprise Product Develop ment SaaS.
Manage Projects The Description field has been added to the Manage Projects application. It is available in the project header.
In the Description field, you can view/update additional information about a particu lar project.

Project Service API The Description field has been added to the Project Service API . You can read and update the existing de scription associated with a particular project, using the API.
During the project creation phase, you can also enter the description, using the API.
Create a new project by copying existing project
You can create a new project by copying the following ele ments from a source project.
Document repository folder structure
Legal documents associ ated with the source project
User groups without the assigned users, defined for the source project
Project authorizations assigned to user groups, defined for the source project

Improved invitation email The system sends out spe cific emails to invited users based on the current user status. For example, if a user has an account on the SAP S/4HANA Cloud for projects, project collaboration system, the system sends out an email with just a link to the corresponding SAP BTP ac count.
Improved administrator invi tation notification
The project name, project ID, and the name and company of the person who has cre ated the invitation has been added to the invitation notifi cation email for the adminis trator.
Document Service API Authorized users can upload large files using the Document Service API.

Enhanced Filters in Manage Tasks
You can select multiple filter values for the Status, Type, Tags, and Category attrib utes. The system displays all tasks that are assigned to at least one of the selected val ues.

You can select multiple filter values for the Status and Cat egory attributes. The system displays all issues that are assigned to at least one of the selected values.
Assign Tags to Tasks You can assign tags to tasks on the Task Details page. You can filter tasks by the tags on the Manage Tasks page.
Absolute Numbers for the Is sue and Task KPIs
The percentual KPIs for Open Issues and Open Tasks have been changed to absolute numbers. In addition, a navi gation has been added to dis play overdue tasks and is sues.
Digital Twin Service API
Authorized users can man age digital twins in a project using the Digital Twin Service API. Users can perform the following opera tions using the Digital Twin Service API.
Read the digital twins for a project.
Create a digital twin (top node).
Update the metadata of a digital twin.

User Management Users can be deacti vated and activated un der User Management in the Account Management applica tion. Once a user gets deactivated, the system removes the role collec tion assigned to the user. Deactivated users can't access any appli cation of this account.
Note It is not possible to edit or deactivate your own user.
You can reactivate the deactivated users and assign role collections to them.
The status Added has been added for the users who are not active members of any project in SAP Project Intelligence Network.
Note It is possible to de lete users who have the status Added.
Project Service API Using the Project Service API, authorized users can delete projects that have the status To be deleted.
Document Service API The following operations have been added to the Document Service API. These operations are not yet available on the SAP API Business Hub.
Update the folder name and description.
Retrieve the details about all versions of a document.
Retrieve the file content of a specific version of a document.
Retrieve the URL link de tails.
Create a URL link. Update a URL link. Check out a document. Check in a document. Cancel checkout.

Create a document or folder.
Retrieve all documents within a project (meta data).
Download the contents of a document.

External Object Ref erences
For a project, users can add references to external objects by specifying the External ID, Name, URL, and Description of the ex ternal objects. The URL links direct users to the objects outside SAP Project Intelligence Network.

Task Import Users can import tasks from a comma-separated values (CSV) file into task management. The import functionality reads the data from the CSV file and displays them together with potential incorrect or incomplete data in a table. Note It isn't possible to upload multiple documents in the Documents section of the issue details and task details page.
Users can check out a document before editing the docu ment contents to prevent other users from editing the docu ment. After the editing is done, users can check in the docu ment after which other users can edit the document. Docu ment check-in and check-out improves collaboration in a team by eliminating the possibility of a document being overwritten.
Note Once you cancel the check-out operation on a docu ment, the document gets unlocked.
