a 200-word job post doesn't mean

they are not applicable, or important.

Let’s get more detailed and look at

some samples, shall we?

Some examples of unwritten requirements

If you are applying to a sales role, you are most likely to use some sort of a CRM tool, such as; SalesForce, Zoho or bigger integrated systems; SAP and Oracle.

If it’s a project management role you are applying to, you can almost be guaranteed to use MS projects or Primavera.





Mentioning these specific skills in

your resume or even in the

interview will help you

tremendously at your Hiring

Manager interviews. Remember

the decision maker is almost

always the hiring manager not

the HR.
