What Should Eczema Sufferers Eat? [Must Read]By Harrison Li
Eczema sufferers need a strict diet.
No gluten.
No dairy products.
Nothing artificial.
Little acidifying foods.
All natural, plain, organic, fresh foods.
But not high in natural chemicals.
Meal ratios need balance too.
Meal ratios: 80% alkaline foods.
20% moderately acidifying foods.
Each meal: 50% vegetables.
25% carbohydrates.
25% protein.
What I typically eat…
Breakfast: juice (with residue)
•2 apples•1 banana•1 cup of water•3 teaspoons of flaxseed oil
Lunch: water-boiled veggies 50%•Carrot, kale, parsley, cucumber, zucchini,
lettuce, cabbage, purslane, celery, bean sprouts, black fungi, garlic, ginger.
25% carbohydrates
•Rice noodles, potatoes, sweet potatoes, brown rice, millet, buckwheat, gluten-free grains.
25% protein
•Chicken, fish (low mercury breeds), minced beef.
Dinner: same as lunch, but…
•Better to be all raw.•And avoid meat.
Snack
•Celery, carrots, sweet potatoes, bananas.
Drink
•Water.
I took this diet for 6 months.
My 10+ years of eczema was cured.
Today, I still eat this diet. Why?
•My taste senses changed. I love the “diet”.
