+FIRST: You must think you can
achieve your goals and outcomes.
First and foremost, you have to think you can achieve the success you desire.
When you don’t think you can achieve an outcome, you simply won’t achieve that outcome. It’s as simple as that.
Thinking you can is the first glimmer of possibility showing itself to you.
+To Think:
I think about my goal all the time and see it as already achieved.
+To Do: Make it a motion picture in your mind that lasts two to three minutes.
Turning your motion picture into a twice-daily visualization exercise.
+Thinking you can achieve your heart’s desire is the first magical step in the magic formula of achievement.
