TOO LIGHT?
Decrease the % / Volume of your Welloxon Developer, except with Gray Coverage
Decrease your target level by ½ level to 1 level darker
Add a cooler tone to your formula. The cooler tone will make the color appear deeper
For Gray Coverage: Try Intense Pure Naturals, great for coarser textures
For Gray Coverage: Did you check the percentage of gray? Be sure to adda portion of the target shade for best results when using /0 shades

TOO DARK?
Increase your target level by ½ to 1 level lighter
Watch out for porosity. Check with client for any skin care routines such as AHAs and Glycolic Acid treatments, all can create a pre-softening effect on the hairline.

For Gray Coverage: Did you check the percentage of gray/texture? Try a non Intense Pure Naturals shade
