At the national level each district has a chair and vice-chair. The District Chair sits on the Board of Directors for the AAP.

Students, Residents and Fellowship Trainees (SOMSRFT) SOMSRFT has liaisons to over 20 sections and

councils Any resident member can apply for a 2-year liaison term Responsibilities include participating in conference calls,

attending meetings, and writing up semi-annual reports Application deadline is November 1st
