Health & Medicine

In California, 70% of all doctors have switched from paper-based medical records to electronic medical records. How does this change affect my experience in the doctor's office, and does it affect the quality of my healthcare?

In this talk, Thomas Pickard will explain the move to electronic health records, including economic incentives that encouraged your doctor to make the move, your privacy, and where you can find personal and electronic health records (EHR/PHR).
