1. Remove covers (1) under the floor frame.
2. Unpack the cab and remove right cover (2).
3. Sling the cab from the skid.fl Sling the cab slowly and horizontally.fl Remove the plugs from the cab top and install
eyebolts (4 places).

4. Tuck up bellows (3) at the lower part of the steeringpost, loosen the 4 bolts, and turn down the steeringpost fully toward to operator’s seat.
5. Set the steering tilt lever free and turn down thesteering post fully toward to operator’s seat.
6. Stick seal (5) to the underside of the cab assembly.Necessary parts:
7. While keeping the cab assembly level, lower itslowly.fl Take care that the cab assembly will not interfere
with the electric wiring connectors at the rightrear of the floor frame.

8. While slinging and floating the cab, set the steeringtilt lever free and fix it so that the steering post willbe closest to the front side of the cab.fl Keep the cab floated until step 11.
9. Drive 2 steering post fixing bolts (6) lightly (2 – 3threads with your fingers).

11. Move the steering post to the front end of the caband tighten steering post lower bolts (4).
12. Lift down the floated cab and permanently tighten2 steering post fixing bolts (6) which were drivenlightly in stop 9.
13. Permanently tighten 2 cab mounting bolts (7) and4 intermediate bolts and 4 rear bolts (8) which weredriven lightly in step 10.
14. Raise the bucket about 400 mm, remove the safetylock bar of the frame and the chocks, and releasethe parking brake.While running the engine at low idling (with no loadon the bucket), pull the steering wheel with a push-pull scale in the tangential direction to check thatthe operating effort is in the following range.fl [Standard value at delivery: 0.7 - 1.3 (kg)]
After checking the operating effort, lower thebucket to the ground, apply the parking brake,stop the engine, set the safety lock bar to theframes, and set the chocks.
[Caution]Set bolts to bottom of oblong hole at part A and to top of oblong hole at part B.Set them as set when delivered.

15. Install bellows (3) to the bottom of the steering postwith plug (9).(Insert the plug in the hole of bellows (3) and lightlyhit the screw head installed temporarily to the plugwith a hammer to drive in the plug.)

20. Install the plug to the cab top.
21. Check the operations of the air conditioner, radio,cigarette lighter, front and rear wipers, windshieldwasher, and working lamp.
22. Install the mirrors and mirror stays to the right andleft of the cab.

Draw in antenna wire at least 100 mm.
When installing screws,apply sealant to them(to prevent entryof rainwater).
Remove 4 bolts on right and left sides.

23. Loosen the antenna mounting screws from the rightside of the ROPS canopy and remove the antennafrom the cab (to prevent interference and breakagewhen installing the ROPS canopy) and install screws(18) to the antenna mounting holes on the cab sideto stop the holes. At this time, apply syntheticrubber adhesive (CEMEDINE 366E or equivalent)to screws (18). Draw in the antenna wire at least100 mm.

24. Remove 4 bolts tightened temporarily into the rightand left ROPS canopy mounting parts of the rearframe ROPS support. (Discard the bolts andwashers.)fl Check that the rear frame ROPS support mounting
holes are matched to the holes on the floor.fl Install the side floors removed when the wheel
cleaners (at the front of the rear side) wereremoved.

25. Sling the ROPS canopy from the skid.fl Install the sling to the hooks at the ROPS canopy

27. Install the antenna to the right side of the ROPScanopy with the screws removed in step 23.
28. Install grommet (20) to the antenna line hole onthe cab side. When installing it, fill the gap withsynthetic rubber adhesive (CEMEDINE 366E orequivalent).

Check of operation1. BLADE CONTROL LEVER
Operate the lever.
(1) RAISE: The blade rises.If the lever is released, it returns to the HOLD position.
(2) HOLD: The blade keeps at the current position.
(3) LOWER: The blade lowers.If the lever is released, it returns to the HOLD position.
(4) FLOAT: The blade moves up and down freely, depending onexternal forces.Even if the lever is released, it does not return to theHOLD position. Return it with the hand.
(5) TILT LEFT: If the lever is pulled to the left, the blade tilts to the left.If the lever is released, it returns to the HOLD position.
(6) TILT RIGHT: If the lever is pulled to the right, the blade tilts to theright.If the lever is released, it returns to the HOLD position.
NOTICEWhen the tilt cylinder moves to the stroke end, return the lever to theHOLD position immediately.
SAFETY LOCK
WARNING‡ When leaving the operator’s seat, set the safety lock lever in the
LOCK position securely.While the safety lock lever is not in the LOCK position, if someonetouches the blade control lever by mistake, a serious accidentcan occur.
‡ If the safety lock lever is not set in the LOCK position securely, theblade control lever may not be locked.
‡ When parking or maintaining the vehicle, be sure to lower theblade to the ground and set the safety lock lever in the LOCK po-sition.
The safety lock lever is the device to lock the blade control lever.Move this lever forward to lock the blade control lever.

2. BLEEDING AIR FROM HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
(1) While running the engine at low idling, move the tilt cylinder and lift cyl-inder 4 - 5 times (stop each cylinder at about 100 mm before the strokeend, however).
(2) Move the tilt cylinder and lift cylinder to the stroke end 3 - 4 times, thenstop the engine and bleed air from the hydraulic tank.
