History• WestPoint was founded on March 16, 1802• General Petraeus is a notable person that graduated

there.• West Point graduates dominated the highest ranks

on both sides during the Civil War. Academy graduates, headed by generals such as Grant, Lee, Sherman and Jackson.

Degrees• WestPoint has degrees in military science,

academics, athletics , and leadership.

Admission • Since to be in WestPoint are a member of the

US army the government pays for your tuition and you receive a annual salary.

Expenses• All room and board expenses are paid by the

government.

Activities• There are many activities at WestPoint like we

have a football team, Parachuting team, track team, sailing team, and many others.

• Over the summer you can attend a BCT center to prepare you for the army
