This dance & fitness program is a fun fusion of the latest dance styles & music. We will learn new steps, create our own moves & dance as teams! Get funky & move w/ attitude! Late forms incur a $25 late fee. Children who attend program w/out being registered for that session, will pay $15/day in addition to the $25 late fee. A child is registered only after reg. form has been received & processed by the REC office. •Call absences/changes to Recreation office by 12 p.m. There is a $10 Finders’ Fee if we are not notified by noon. Notes to teachers and absentee lists are not relayed to us. •Each child needs to have a Child Information form filled out by parent/guardian and submitted to Site Director prior to start date. •If someone other than those listed as authorized to pick up your child will be picking them up, we must be notified in writing. •You are expected to pick up your child promptly after his/her block ends. You will be charged $1 per minute after 6 p.m., payable directly to the staff member(s) waiting with your child.
