Western Force Same Seat & Change of Seat Renewal

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RENEWAL: Below you will find two (2) ways to renew your 2020 Western Force Season Membership. The first version is applicable to Reserved Seat Members who have reviewed the new 2020 category configuration and would like to renew their membership seat in the same location they had in 2019.

The second set of instructions is for Reserved Seat Members, Unreserved Seat Members & Supporter Members, who either want to relocate their seats or upgrade from an Unreserved Seat or Supporter Membership into a Reserved Seat membership.

All Members - Password Reset: All 2019 Western Force Members will have received an email which lists your Username and other details you require to access the Western Force Membership hub. If you have already reset your password and have a new Username & Password click HERE. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the steps on the log-in page. See screenshot below:

Please Note: All members will need to reset their password the first time they access the system. Click HERE to go to reset. See screenshot below:

PASSWORD RESET: To reset your password click HERE.

LOGIN: If you have already reset your password you can login by clicking HERE.

MEMBERS HOME SCREEN: Once you have logged into your Western Force Members account, Reserved Seat Members will open to the ‘Home’ screen page where they will be able to see a number of different options in both the toolbar dropdowns and on the page body. Members who are wanting to renew their exact seat from 2019 will need to follow the steps of clicking the “PURCHASE NOW’ button, which will allow them to renew the number of memberships allocated to them in their account.

Should you be one of the members who’s seats now fall outside of the new category locations you will need to skip this step and follow the instructions on Page 9.

RENEWING YOUR EXACT 2019: If you are wanting to stay in your 2019 seating location click the ‘PURCHASE NOW’ button and follow the remaining process. For alternate seats go to Page 9.

ADDING YOUR 2019 SEATS TO YOUR CART: To add your existing 2019 seats to your cart, click add to cart for both seats. You will be able to see the seat details underneath the price type listing just to confirm they are the same seats. Once you have done this you will notice the cart will update with your items. In this case you will see 2 memberships showing. Once you are have complete this and the correct number of items are showing in your cart in the top right hand corner, click the green ‘CHECKOUT’ button in the top right hand corner.

YOUR SHOPPING CART OPTIONS: There are a number of areas to focus on within your ‘Shopping Cart’ once the seats have been added. Some if these items will need to be edited so that they suit your ‘Method of Delivery’, ‘Payment Option’ as well as if you wish to elect to be part of ‘Sea of Blue Forever’, Western Force Membership auto renewal option. This provides members with the easy option to rolling over their 2020 season membership allocation into their 2021 season membership automatically. Full details are available in the ‘Auto Renewal’ Fact Sheet located in the ‘INFO’ menu dropdown options. See below for details on each of the details within your ‘Shopping Cart’.

YOUR SHOPPING CART: Your ‘Shopping Cart’ will appear as the below. Follow the screenshots for information on what each of these details mean and how you can change them. Please Note: You will need to make changes to all the items in your cart.

YOUR SHOPPING CART - SEATING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED FOR THIS ITEM: By clicking on the ‘DETAILS’ button for each membership in your cart, you can review the seating location to confirm all is listed correctly for each seat.

YOUR SHOPPING CART - YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE THIS ITEM: If you are renewing your membership during the correct priority window, this message will show as being eligible. If you are trying to renew or purchase tickets outside of the priority windows, an ineligible message will display instead and the “VIEW DETAILS” button will explain the onsale date for eligibility.

YOUR SHOPPING CART - DELIVERY METHOD: You have the ability to select postage or Rugby HQ Collection. Please Note: You will need to make changes to all the items in your cart, and review this later in the purchase process if you choose to add 2020 Member exclusive merchandise items which will come in the next step of the purchase process.

YOUR SHOPPING CART - PAYMENT SCHEDULES: Members have the option to apply a payment schedule to their membership. Any orders electing to pay via a payment schedule will incur a $5 Administration Fee which will be applied per account and have the charge split across the months associated with the plan. 2020 Member exclusive merchandise items which will come in the next step of the purchase process are not eligible for the payment plan option and will be added to the total of the initial payment in the payment plan. Full details are available in the ‘FAQs’ Fact Sheet located in the ‘INFO’ menu dropdown options. All prices include GST, if applicable, and are quoted in AU$. Please Note: You will need to make changes to all the items in your cart.

YOUR SHOPPING CART - SEA OF BLUE FOREVER: Sea of Blue Forever is the Western Force Membership auto renewal option. This provides members with the easy option to rolling over their 2020 season membership allocation into their 2021 season membership automatically. You will need to select “Yes, automatically renew this product” should you wish to auto renew in 2021. Full details are available in the ‘Auto Renewal’ Fact Sheet located in the ‘INFO’ menu dropdown options. Please Note: You will need to make changes to all the items in your cart.

Once you have made the applicable changes click the “BEGIN CHECKOUT” button to continue to the next step/

SEA OF BLUE - EXCLUSIVE 2020 MEMBER MERCHANDISE: You will be prompted in the purchase process the ability to purchase exclusive 2020 Member only merchandise. Simply change the qty in the box for the item(s) you wish to buy and click ‘ADD’ to add the items to your cart. When your cart has updated click ‘CONTINUE CHECKOUT’ to go to the next step.

YOUR SHOPPING CART - MERCHANDISE ITEMS: Your ‘Shopping Cart’ will appear as the below. Please Note: You will need to make changes to the merchandise items in your cart in order for them to be combined with your membership fulfilment pack.

DELIVERY DETAILS - RUGBY HQ COLLECTION: If you elected for Rugby HQ Collection your cart will appear as per below. For those with postage see below further.

DELIVERY DETAILS - POSTAGE: If you elected postage as your delivery method your cart will appear as per below. This is where you will be prompted to check your delivery details is correct to ensure the package goes to the correct address. Click ‘CONTINUE CHECKOUT’ once you have confirmed the details.

SEATING: At this stage of the purchase process you will be able to review and confirm your 2019 seating allocation. Click ‘CONFIRM SEATS’ once you have confirmed the seat details are correct.

PAYMENT: This is the final stage of the purchase process. You will be prompted to check your credit card details and apply a payment. You will also need to tick the ‘I accept the terms and conditions’ box once you have read the terms and conditions in the hyperlink. After this stage you will receive your confirmation that the payment was successful.

PURCHASE COMPLETE: This is the final stage showing the payment has gone through and the purchase is now complete. RENEWING A DIFFERENT SEAT TO 2019: If you are wanting to change your seating location from that of 2019 you will need to ignore the ‘PURCHASE NOW’ button and follow the screenshots below.

SEATING AVAILABILITY - PRICES: Before you commence the purchase process of new seats it is recommend you look at the seating categories to decide on the price range that best suits you. This example will take you through the process of selecting a Reserved Seat. The map and prices for 2020 Membership can be found in the ‘Prices’ Fact Sheet located in the ‘INFO’ or as per the below.

SEATING AVAILABILITY - INTERACTIVE SEAT MAP: Once you have decided on the Reserved Seat Membership and would like an idea of the seats that are currently available, you can do this by clicking on the ‘SEATING AVAILABILTY’ tab. An Interactive Seat Map will appear, and you will have the ability to click on any section in green and it will zoom into that section and show you the available seats. When you have decided on an area you would like to proceed with, you are then ready to commence the purchase process.

SELECTING YOUR MEMBERSHIP - RESERVED SEAT: At this point you will have an idea of your preferred seating location and can proceed by clicking on the ‘RESERVED SEAT’ Membership option. You will be able to read the inclusions of the membership. Once you have selected ‘RESERVED SEAT’ you will continue to the next page with the Price Types that can be selected.

SELECTING YOUR MEMBERSHIP - PRICE TYPES: At this point you will see a full list of all the Price Types available as part of a Reserved Seat Membership. Details for Concession, Juniors, Family and Companion Card are listed below the Price Types. For further details click on one of the Price Types for further detail. Once you are ready, update the Qty next to the Price Types and click “ADD TO CART”. You will then see your cart has updated in the top right-hand corner of which you can then click “CHECKOUT’ to proceed to the “SHOPPING CART”.

YOUR SHOPPING CART: Your ‘Shopping Cart’ will appear as the below. Follow the screenshots for information on what each of these details mean and how you can change them. REQUIRED INFORMATION: This section is important as it allows you to identify if the seats you are purchasing are for other family or friends as well as if you have chosen different seats to your 2019 allocation, it gives us approval to release your 2019 seats should you no longer require them.

REQUIRED INFORMATION - ARE YOU PURCHASING FOR SOMEONE ELSE: The first question in the ‘Required Information’ section is ‘Are you purchasing for someone else?’. This field is required to be completed in order to apply the correct names on the membership cards. It is also required to identify the age of junior’s and gives you the ability to provide other family members details, so everyone receives important member email notifications. Please Note: This will need to be complete for all additional tickets purchased.

REQUIRED INFORMATION - HAVE YOU MOVED YOUR 2019 SEAT: The second question in the ‘Required Information’ section is ‘Have you moved your 2019 Reserved Seat(s) into a new location and are you happy for your 2019 seat(s) to be reallocated to another member?’. This field is mandatory as it grants permission for the Membership Team to release and reallocate your 2019 seats should you no longer require them. Please Note: This will need to be complete for all additional tickets purchased.

REQUIRED INFORMATION - COMPLETED: Once these questions have been complete for all seats within your cart you will see the green ticks showing to the right of the line items per seat. Click ‘CONTINUE CHECKOUT’ to proceed to the next step.

SEATING AVAILABILITY - INTERACTIVE SEAT MAP (BLOCKS): An Interactive Seat Map will appear of which you will have the ability to click on any section in green and it will zoom into that section and show you the available seats.

SEATING AVAILABILITY - INTERACTIVE SEAT MAP (SEATS): The Interactive Seat Map will then zoom into the section you have request and show the available seats in green. To select these seats, you will need to select a seat for each person. Once you have selected all seats they will be highlighted in blue and it will unlock the ‘CONFIRM SEATS’ button. Click ‘CONFIRM SEATS’ to continue.

PAYMENT: This is the final stage of the purchase process. You will be prompted to check your credit card details and apply a payment. You will also need to tick the ‘I accept the terms and conditions’ box once you have read the terms and conditions in the hyperlink. After this stage you will receive your confirmation that the payment was successful.
