(o) Preferably a University degree, with a knowledge of medical administration and hospital procedures, and at least threeyears' experience in programming, investigation design and implementation of computer based services .
(p) University degree in social studies or a degree plus a post-graduate diploma of social studies with at least six years' relevantexperience gained after attaining the professional qualification ;
ORUniversity diploma of social studies (not post-graduate diploma) with at least nine years' relevant experience gained after
attaining the professional qualification .(q) University degree in Veterinary Science registrable in Western Australia . At least 10 years' experience including that of
disease eradication required .(r) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or substantial progress towards this qualification, or an approved equivalent academic
qualification in Engineering . IT is hereby notified that the Hon . Minister admin-istering the Bush Fires Act has approved of thesuspension of the prohibited burning times de-clared for the Shire of Albany from the 13thJanuary, 1970 to the 23rd January, 1970 so faras the declaration relates to protective burningto be carried out on the Albany Aerodrome duringthe period of this suspension .
All burning carried out under the provisions ofthis suspension is to be authorised by the ShireCouncil and is subject to the requirements ofsection 18 and all other relevant provisions of theBush Fires Act . The burning which must be carriedout between 4 p.m. and midnight will also be sub-ject to any additional requirements stipulated bythe Control Officer nominated by Council to issuethe permit .

Where comprehensive architectural plansand designs are submitted for multi-unitdevelopment designs are submitted for pre-the Minister may, after considering reportsfrom the Council and the Town PlanningBoard, modify any standard, other than theplot ratio, if he is satisfied that the modifica-tions are both socially and aestheticallydesirable .Where comprehensive subdivision plans and
developments designs are submitted for pre- (e)cincts or neighbourhood with a minimum areaof 20 acres, the Minister may, after consider-ing reports from the Council and the TownPlanning -Board, modify any standard, if he issatisfied that the modifications are bothsocially and aesthetically desirable .
5 . Delete Clause 28 and substitute new Clause28 as follows:-
Site Coverage .28. Dwellings in Residential Zones : A
person shall not erect or convert to use anybuilding or structure as a dwelling that,together with any buildings appurtenantthereto is a total dross area that in any caseexceeds a percentage site coverage of 33 .
6. Clause 35-Delete paragraph (a) and sub-stitute the following :-
(a) The set back line shall be thirty (30)feet from the lesser frontage .
7. Clause 33-Insert a new paragraph (aa)immediately after paragraph (a) as follows :-
(aa) In Residential Zones in accordance withthe distances set out in Tables 5 and 6 forthe specific developments .
