Corres. 2940/65.WHEREAS by section 33 of the Land Act, 1933-1965, it is inter alia, made lawful for the Governorto direct that any land reserved pursuant to theprovisions of the Act shall be leased for the pur-pose for which the land is reserved as aforesaid,by Instrument of Lease in accordance with the formin the Fourth Schedule of the Act, to any person(as defined in the said section); and whereas it isexpedient that Reserve No. 28125 (Hampton Loca-tion 86) shall be leased for a term of three yearsto the Commonwealth of Australia to be held intrust for the purpose of a "Remote Receiver StationSite," subject to the condition that should the re-ceiver station at any time cease to be a receiverstation the land will revert to the State: now, there-fore, His Excellency the Governor by and with theadvice and consent of the Executive Council dothhereby direct that the abovementioned reserve shallbe leased for a term of three years for the purposeof a "Remote Receiver Station Site", subject to thecondition aforesaid.
