1995 in an effort to counter the westward advance of high density tract housing. City ordinances were enacted that provided for an “estate lifestyle” while maintaining a rural flavor. True to the spirit of Wildwood is Hencken Valley Estates by A.J. Borzillo Inc., a family-owned custom homebuilder founded by Al and Nancy Borzillo in 1964 and now headed by their son, Mike Bor-zillo.
