DIESAll custom designs start with a hand-engraving process. Your design is engraved into a slab of steel in the reverse image by our master engravers. This metal work of art is designated as a “die”. This die is then used to create your products and is then stored in our vault. It is a onetime investment that can be used over and over again for future orders on a myriad of products.

ARTWORKBlack and white artwork is required for a custom design. You may provide this artwork or for an additional fee our artist will create the line art from your photograph.

PROOFSUpon completion of your die, an aluminum engraver’s proof of your custom design will be sent to you for your approval. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed!

DELIVERY TIMEUpon completion and approval of the engraver’s proof, standard delivery of your order is 2 weeks.

FREE GIFT BOXESMost items are tissue wrapped and individually packaged in a high quality gift box. The Wendell August insert card explains each step of our exclusive process.

ENGRAVINGMost gifts or presentation pieces can be engraved. Pieces may be engraved on the front if there is adequate room outside the design area, otherwise, they will be engraved on the back. If an item is being framed or mounted on a base, we suggest a custom engraved plaque to accompany your piece.

SHIPPINGAll items will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

INVOICINGInvoices are sent upon shipment of the product and terms are 30 days.

CANCELLATIONSOrders may be cancelled prior to production. Artwork and die charges will be billed, if these costs have been incurred.

VERIFICATION OF ORDERAll orders are acknowledged automatically. A copy of your order will be faxed or mailed to you for your approval before the order is processed.

DROP SHIPMENTS/SPLIT SHIPMENTSPlease send labels and enclosure cards and we will ship to any number of locations. Shipping charges will be based on number of pieces and drop shipments.
