Wondering what your first bill will look like?

There are 30 days in a bill cycle. Bill dates are 8th, 16th, 23rd or 29th. To calculate the pro-rating amount for the first bill:

1. Calculate the amount of days of prorating (number of extra days that will be added on the first bill) by using the date of purchase and your billing date .

2. Calculate $ per day by taking your bill total

and dividing it by 30 (days in the month) =

3. Take $ per day and multiply by the number of

days pro-rating

For Example: A customer is on the Ultimate 75. With financing, the bill will be $82.83. The phone is purchased on the 10th but the billing date is the 16th. The customer has 6 extra days of billing on his first bill.

Keep your phone current with software updates

• Phone manufacturer’s release software updates periodically for a range of phones.

• These software updates typically add new functionality for a phone, provide fixes for bugs and may increase performance of the phone.

Jump.ca recommends that you update your phone regularly. For details on how to check for and install software updates, please visit sasktel.com/support or your phone manufacturer’s support site.

Note: These software updates are typically large files, so we recommend that they be downloaded over a Wi-Fi network to help prevent wireless data overages.

UpgradesDo you want the latest and greatest phone? Did you lose your phone and need a new one?

Let us introduce you to The Early Device Upgrade Program

The Early Device Upgrade program allows you to get the phone you want, when you want. All you need to do is check the balance owing on your phone by giving us a call or stop by your nearest Jump.ca location. Simply pay your remaining balance and get the phone you want sooner.

How it is calculated:

Let’s say the full retail price of a particular phone is $729.99. You purchase that phone for $99.99 on a 2-year contract. This means the subsidy that you received was $630.00. Your subsidy of $630 is deducted in equal amounts over the 24 months of your contract.

So for example, you have 3 months remaining on your contract and want to upgrade to a brand new phone. To get your new phone, you would need to pay out the remainder of the subsidy balance, which would be $78.75. Then, you’d be eligible for the discounted price of a new phone!

Trade & Upgrade

Trade in your current phone and receive up to a $250 in-store credit to pay down your early upgrade fee or use it toward the purchase of a new phone. For more info, visit jump.ca/trade-in.

Phone Financing

Want to upgrade but can’t pay right now? With phone financing, you can choose any wireless phone and finance it over 2 years for as low as $0 down. For more info visit jump.ca/early-device-upgrade.
