Xây dựng mạng lưới 32 tỉnh từ 1993.Huấn luyện: lớp soi CTC, lớp TB CTC.100% tỉnh – thành có máy soi + pap’s.40% quận huyện có máy soi + pap’s.Tổn thương nhẹ điều trị tại chỗ hoặc

chuyển về BV Từ Dũ.
