How will I be graded in this class?

Major grades (tests, quizzes, or projects) are worth 60% of your grade

Daily grades (in class activities) are worth 40% of your grade.

You will have a minimum of 3 Major grades per six weeks

Your semester exam is worth 20% of your semester grade. The exam is cumulative; it covers all the information we have covered during the entire semester. It is possible to fail for the entire semester if you do not do well on the exam. Having a strong average before the exam will help avoid this possibility.

How will I be graded in this class?

Quizzes in my class are weighted. While a test is weighted at 1.00 making it worth 100 out of 100, a quiz is weighted at .5, making it worth 50 out of 50.

Homework is also weighted in my class. Each homework assignment is weighted at .20. At the end of the week, you will have 5 assignments adding up to 100 out of 100.
