Attendance
Call the main office x8500 to report absences or
tardiness
Mrs. Robertson is our secretary (She is VERY
nice and extremely helpful.)
You MUST submit a written excuse within three
days. It is required by the State of Pennsylvania
Attendance letters are sent home as required by
District policies.
School attendance is important. Please refer to
Board Policy 204 for more details.
Please encourage regular attendance.
Dismissal
Please send a note the first day of school detailing your
child’s plan for the end of the day.
Please let us know EVERY time there is a change to the plan.
Sometimes our kids get confused. We will not make a change
without confirmation from a parent or guardian.
The YMCA provides on-site before and after school care.
Parent Pick-Up
Begin to arrive at 3:25
and park in the center of
UPPER playground lot.
Students will be
dismissed at the silver
doors. Have I.D. ready
Leave promptly to avoid
traffic.
Bus Dismissal
Practice the bus
number/color. Students
will receive information.
Busses begin to depart
around 3:40.
Kindergarten students
need an adult at the stop.
