Mike forms the corporation – MAC Trailer Manufacturing Incorporated, opening his own one bay service repair facility in Alliance, Ohio January 1993.

The first new MAC Dump Trailer is built taking six weeks to manufacture, and is delivered to Kentucky to work the rigorous coal fields.

Alliance Plant Opens! MAC Trailer moves into its new 12,000 square foot plant, sitting on 10 acres. This becomes home to what will be years of growth and expansion for MAC Trailer.

On The Rise! MAC adds a 3,836 square foot addition to the offices and the east end of shop.

The very first Transfer Trailer is introduced to the waste industry during a trade show in Columbus, Ohio. MAC is now the largest manufacturer of Transfer Trailers in North America.
