Lord, we come before you today
remembering our country’s heroes both dead and alive.
We purpose to make this day a time to show honor
to the men and women whose sacrifice
has helped to keep us safe and free.
We acknowledge their bravery, and we want to recognize the
sacrificial contributions of each one. Amen.
Dear family in Christ, Remember that June 23 is Victor’s ordination to the priesthood, at 10 am at St. Paul’s Cathedral. We might rent a bus for those who do not like to drive, if interested please call the office. The same day he will have his first mass of thanksgiving at 4:00 pm here at Holy Family, followed by a reception. Come and join us for both events. If you are interested in being part of the reception committee, there will be a meeting on Sunday, June 3 at 11:20 am in the Hall. Also this summer we welcome Alfredo Porras, as our summer seminarian intern. He is presently finishing his third year of theology in Rome, and will be with us for eight weeks. In the love of Christ,
Fr. José P.S. Holy Trinity Chapel is looking to purchase a building at least 5K sq. ft. Let me know, if you know of one. Thanks!

Class of 2018
If you are graduating from High school or College, give us a call at the office and let us know, so that we can cele-
brate your achievement. On the weekend of June 2-3, we will be giving a special blessing to the members of the
Class of 2018.
From the Bishop…. On the weekend of June 3rd, our Diocese will take up a collection for the Catholic Communication Campaign (CCC). This national collection helps bring the Gospel message to the public square so that all can know the love of God and help make this a better world. As people continue to access more information on mobile devices and feel overwhelmed by so much noise, there is an increased need to provide faith resources on these platforms as well. With your support of the CCC, the daily readings and seasonal reflections are available as free podcasts to download and lis-ten to at any time, or read from our diocesan and parish web-sites along with watching local Masses and program, as well as reading local and national Catholic news stories. Thanks to your donations, Catholics are able to stay connected to their parish and to their Catholic faith.
Sincerely your in Christ, Most Reverend Robert J. McManus
The second collection on June 2-3, will be for the Parish Mortgage.
If paid in full by August 2018,
our payoff amount is $95,500. All other envelopes can be placed with the
weekly collection. Thank you for your support!
