Welcome to HighPoint Chrisan Academy! Giving students an excellent Chrisan educaon is one of the best investments parents can make in their children’s future. HighPoint Chrisan Academy is designed to provide a caring, creave learning environment to prepare students for college, life and ministry. Our mission is for students to know Jesus Christ and make Him known within their circle of influence. We accomplish this by helping students discover their God-given talents and purpose for their lives through a smulang academic and spiritual experience. Each student will be taught personally in small groups by qualified Chrisan teachers who will prepare them academically and guide them in their spiritual and character development. Average class sizes range from 12-15 students. Parents will be amazed at how much students learn and enjoy school through the personal relaonships and acvies of our school. History HighPoint Chrisan Academy was started to meet the increasing need for quality Chrisan educaon for elementary, junior and senior high school students in Clay County and the surrounding areas of North Florida. Although there are many good Chrisan schools for elementary and middle school students in North Florida, there are few for secondary students to connue their Chrisan educaon. HighPoint Chrisan Academy is a ministry of HighPoint Community Church and operates under its leadership. HPCA was the dream of Pastor Mike Hailey, who has worked in youth ministry for over 35 years, and Dr. Tommie Broach Darm, a recognized educator in private schools for over 40 years. Although HPCA was founded in 2010, the years of experience of these leaders and the excellence of our teachers assures parents that their students will be receiving a valuable Chrisan educaonal experience. Admission HPCA does not discriminate against any applicant due to race, gender, physical disability, religion or naonal origin. Each applicant must be interviewed and past school records reviewed before acceptance. If recent standardized test results are not available, students may be tested to determine their academic level. Both parents and students must be desirous of admission, concur with the goals and purposes of the school, and agree to be acvely involved in the program.
