ASSESSMENT SYSTEM We believe in students learning processes
more than results therefore in Sekolah Bogor Raya Assessments
System is divided into two a. FORMATIVE assessments 80% (daily
work, projects, assignments, daily tests) b. SUMMATIVE assessments
20% (end-semester test)

CLASSROOM RULES & WHOLE SCHOOL POLICY applied this school
year 2012-2013 English Language Policy: All students are required
to speak English at all times. Students are required to come 5
minutes before class, if late then get a slip from ibu Dwi. Get a
permission form from a homeroom, if leaving early. Absentees must
be informed to class teachers (by phone admin SMP/SMA Ibu Dwi, or
sent a letter) Students must come to school properly dressed
(uniform), must be neat, according to the schools model (SBRs
logo), girls: knee length skirt Handing in assignments/projects:
must be on time, lateness will be marked off, different policies
applied to different teachers)

Attendance Policy Excused absences include; Illness Legal
requirements As a representative of the country (Indonesia),
whether in the field of Academics, Arts, Music or Sports
Emergencies or other circumstances which are approved by one of the
Principals

Time Management Students must have time management skill
Meeting the deadlines of Assignments/projects is important Late
Submission will result on score deduction policy (The exact number
percentage of deduction will be informed by each teacher)

GRADE 10 CLASS TRIP ON MAY 2013, HEADING TO SINGAPORE. THREE
MONTHS BEFORE TRIP, TEACHERS HAVE A MEETING TO MAKE A WELL
PREPARATION. COST : IT IS ABOUT IDR 6 7 MILLION ROUGHLY. NOTES:
FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER ON.

Talents Development Sekolah Bogor Rayas Newspaper is looking
for students (grades 10-12) interested in developing their natural
talents in: Writing and Editing Networking Photography Computer
Design and Photoshop Get hands-on experience, a title, and credit
for your talent by working at SBR News! This experience can be
applied to work and university applications. Meetings will be held
once a week during lunch time. The newspaper will be printed
quarterly. Interested? See Miss Jennifer in 10B by Friday!

English As a First Language IGCSE Mock Exams for EFL are next
week: Thursday, Friday and the following Monday Students will do
some preparation and practice, but it's a blind practice test (one
of two mock tests) to help prepare for the real examinations in
late October. In class, students are currently writing personal
biographies, and then we will move on to eulogies. There is a
possible field trip being planned to visit the Jakarta Graveyard
Museum in August, a trip that was made two years ago and had a
positive response from students.

SPORTS : SWIMMING, SOCCER, BASKETBALL, BADMINTON, TAEKWONDO, PENCAK
