Changes to information, such as edits to a Study Record, will usually be completed by clicking the Save button in the top right hand corner of the screen. Saving information on a form does not close the form, allowing you to continue to make changes. Other forms, such as the ISRCTN form, will contain their own Save button at the bottom of the form which will close it and save changes. Some actions will also open a form which needs to be forwarded for action by others and will contain a Submit button.
