Advanced Placement Chemistry Teaching Philosophy:

The caliber of student who chooses to take AP chemistry is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. These students are our future doctors, lawmakers, teachers, authors, patent lawyers, businessmen and women, scientists, and Nobel Prize winners It is my job to challenge them as young adults so they are prepared to do great things…..

…...because doing great things requires a very trained , flexible mind.

ResourcesI post resources, scholarships, etc on Sharepoint

• An AP study book is not required, but a College Board-approved one sure might help!

• Good ones: 5 Steps to a 5, Princeton Review, and I have heard that Baron’s isn’t so great.

• Make sure to get one that aligns to redesigned test (2013-2014 school year or later).
