-Hold the draw the same day the tickets are sold; if no winner comes forward, keep drawing names until a winner is identified.

-No “arms length” sales.

FUNDRAISERS: Follow These Steps

1. Complete the Fundraiser Form (see sample next slide).2. Have 2 people sign-off on the total deposit figure before making the deposit.3. Take your deposit to the nearest Coast Capital Saving Credit Union (General Account) or Service BC.4. Make sure the figures on the form agree with the deposit receipt5. Scan the Fundraiser Form and deposit receipt and send together to [email protected]. Please put event name, deposit date, business unit# and $amount in subject line.

Deposits in Victoria and Vancouver? Go to any Coast Capital Savings Credit Union

1. Complete your paper event form.

2. Make your deposit. The teller will give you a deposit receipt. Write your business unit # on the receipt.

3. Fundraiser? Scan and email the fundraiser form, and deposit receipt to [email protected]. Put event name, date of deposit, business unit# and $ amount in subject line.

4. Gaming event? Print gaming form, attach deposit receipt and winning ticket and send to [email protected].

Deposits in the Regions? (Outside of Victoria and Vancouver)

Go to a Service BC Office

1. Complete your paper event forms.

2. Take your completed Service BC Forms (Transaction spreadsheet and deposit form) with your cash and cheques to Service BC. (Note: the deposit form will populate automatically as you complete the transaction spreadsheet.) 3. Service BC will give you a deposit receipt in return.

4. Scan transaction spreadsheet, deposit form, deposit receipt and send to [email protected]. Put SBC, deposit date, business unit # and $amount in subject line.
