New Chapter 984 Members,
Welcome to Chapter 984 of the Air Force Sergeants Association(AFSA)! Your Chapter is named after the 6th Chief Master Sergeantof the Air Force, James M. McCoy. We are humbled and excited thatyou made the decision to join our AFSA team and looking forward toworking with you in the future.
As you know, the main function of AFSA is to defend your benefitsand quality of life, and you are an important part of making thishappen. By you just being a member you are already helping ourenlisted corps, past, present and future Airmen.
Finally, one thing I would like to stress is our membership. Everyone
is a recruiter and we need to recruit more members into AFSA. Our
membership numbers represent our voice on Capitol Hill and the more
members we have, the stronger our voice will be heard.
Approximately 16% of Active Duty are members of the Air Force
Sergeants Association. Please help us recruit and retain members to
stay with us. If you would like to know more or get on the
membership committee team contact Membership Chairman, SSgt
Amanda Vann [email protected]. So again thank you for
becoming a member of AFSA and making our voice stronger!!!!
