• Present programs that support the Rotary International monthly themes

•Actively support PETS, Membership and RLI training opportunities for each member

• Have alternate type meetings on the 5th Thursday of the month-evening, service project or learning

• Hold club elections in December

• Send at least 6 delegates to District Conference

• Hold minimum of 4 club assemblies throughout the year

• Produce Club bulletin designed and printed by members (to save funds)

• Update our Facebook and ClubRunner pages to keep the community informed

• West End Clean-up – help neighbors clean up their yards

• Habitat for Humanity – Service projects as needed

• Historical Plaques – Club is paying for two historical plaques at locations in the West End of Sierra Vista

• Holiday Youth Exchange/Christmas Parade

• Ken “Mac” McFadden Memorial Park – purchased two park benches

• Blankets to Mexico – partner with other SV clubs to supply blankets to Mexican families • Polio Plus Immunization Trip to Caborca and/or Hermosillo, Mexico• Support Rotary’s Microcredit on the Mexican Border/The Rotary Foundation Matching Grant Program – partner with Nogales, Mexico• Medical supplies and clothing

• Call and visit west end businesses and invite them to meetings

• Identify potential members in the medical, financial, defense contractor, legal, law enforcement and emergency services fields

• Continue to schedule weekly programs relevant to our club and encourage member participation

• Improve orientation/mentoring process for new members

• Implement IGNITE program
