1 Dear Friends and colleagues It’s a great pleasure and honour to deliver to you a warm invitation to attend the Sec- ond African Cancer Congress and the 7th International Conference of Oncology Center Mansoura University that will be held from 27th to 29th of April, 2017 at Fairmont Heliopolis Hotel, Cairo – Egypt. The 2nd Congress is jointly organized by Oncology Center, Mansoura University (OSMU) with the African Breast Cancer and Women Health Foundation. The theme of this year’s Congress will be Multi-Disciplinary Management of breast and GIT cancer. The challenges that we are facing in Africa are almost the same and can be summa- rized in limited resources and low standards of care regarding cancer in every single country. Cairo is an exceptional location for the congress. It’s an fascinating and welcoming city. Home to the best Paranoiac, Coptic and Islamic sight in Egypt, this city is where you never know what incredible, half-forgotten monument you might stumble across while wandering around the place where the Nile divides the Delta, and the city has a unique nature & peaceful atmosphere. The Second African Congress on Cancer will be a multi-disciplinary forum where lead- ing national and international experts will conduct a critical review, share their knowl- edge, and give comprehensive experience in breast and GIT cancer.
