1. Create GAHUM school session community and spearheads GAHUM school sessions.
2. Facilitate and conduct GAHUM school sessions.
3. Gather and motivate the teachers to join the GAHUM sessions.

MECHANICS & GUIDE
GAHUM School Session Mechanics and Guide
Grouping: Will depend on the school needs or topic to be discussed, etc.
Facilitator: may be changed according to needs.
Language: Any dialect that the group is comfortable with.
Venue: Any comfortable place in the school ideal for small and intimate gatherings. It may be in a classroom or an outdoor space.
Schedule: Saturday
Time: 9:00 - 12:00 am
Prerequisite: A GAHUM school session dropbox will be placed in the principal’s office. This will give opportunity for the teachers to suggest topics for the GAHUM school sessions. Topics may be suggested a week before and the final topic will be chosen based on its frequency.

Details
1. Preliminaries 10 minutes 1.The GAHUM School Facilitator begins with an activity that would set the tone of the session.2.This may be through a “Kumustahan,” bible verse reading, a prayer, a song, etc.
2. Reflection 20 minutes A reflection follows as a review of the previous GAHUM sessions
3. Presentation of the topic
10 minutes The facilitator will present the topic and shall endeavor to facilitate and direct the focus of the discussion on the topic.
4. GAHUM School Session Proper: Sharing
2 Hours 1.This step will make up the bulk of the GAHUM session. 2.Participating teachers may give suggestions, positive feedback, strategies and other supportive contributions addressed to an individual participant or to the group.
5. Learnings & Insights from the Sharing: Journal writing
20 minutes 1.This step will formally close the session and serve as a recap.2.The journal must be submitted before the closing of the GAHUM session.3.The journal shall be kept by the GAHUM School Master in a folder, the GSM shall affix his/her signature and shall return the journals to the owner on the next GAHUM school session.
