1. All School Thanksgiving Chapel –Please join us for our All-School Thanksgiving Chapel on
Wednesday, November 27, at 10 am in the CBC Auditorium. This all-school chapel is a wonderful time to gather as a school family and prepare our hearts for our time of Thanksgiving. This year we welcome Adam Schultz, Oak Pointe Church Sozo (Young Adults) Pastor. During this chapel, we will highlight our joint Christmas service project with Calvary Baptist for Central Detroit Christian. This service project will allow us to collect donated items for Central Detroit Christian’s Pride for Parents Christmas Store. This special store allows families served by CDC to purchase Christmas gifts and winter wear items at a significantly reduced rate. We are hoping to collect 450 items campus-wide. Following the chapel, PCA families will have the opportunity to take a gift tag off the lobby Christmas tree. Can't make it to the Thanksgiving chapel? Feel free to take a tag off the tree at any time; no sign-out needed! The gifts need to be returned to CBC by December 15 for delivery to the Parent Store at Central Detroit Christian.
2. Rejoice! A Night of Musical Celebration of the Christmas Story Join us at 6:30pm in the Auditorium on Sunday, December 15 as our combined CBC and PCA family comes together for a special evening of reflection and worship through music and Scripture from our Calvary Worship Ministry and our PCA Fine Arts Department. Together we’ll remember Jesus’ miraculous entry into humanity and celebrate God’s plan of redemption Rejoice through him. Coffee and cookies will be available in the Lobby beginning at 6pm. We hope to see you there! As part of the Rejoice! Concert event, we’ll be receiving donated items for Central Detroit Christian’s Pride for Parents Christmas Store. This special store allows families served by CDC to purchase Christmas gifts and winter wear items at a significantly reduced rate. We are hoping to collect 450 items campus-wide before our Rejoice! Concert event. Stop by the Rejoice! Christmas Tree in the Lobby to pick up a gift tag (or a few!) for items to purchase for our friends in Detroit.

PCA LETTER JACKETS! Earning a varsity letter is an accomplishment of dedication, perseverance and skill! One way to celebrate this achievement is by purchasing a PCA Letter Jacket for your student athlete that represents your son or daughter and our school. With that distinction of “wearing” our representation, the following policy applies:
· The school approved Letter Jacket must be purchased through one of our authorized stores: o Trading Post, 1009 Ann Arbor Road, Plymouth, 734-453-0022 or o Canton Sports, 45470 Ford Road, Canton, 734-453-0033
If there is a store that you would like added to this list, please contact the Athletic Director.
· The approved jacket style has a purple torso with black leather sleeves. No other jacket combination is allowed.
· The PCA issued letter is the only approved letter and should be worn on the left chest area of the jacket.
· The year of graduation is to be worn on the left shoulder or the top of the sleeve on the left arm.
· Symbols or names for the sports or activities in which you lettered may be printed on the back of the jacket.
· Only a proper name can be used on the jacket (no nicknames).
· All-Area, All-Conference and All-State recognition may be designated by a patch to be worn on a sleeve.
· Only medals won while representing Plymouth Christian Academy may be worn on the jacket.
· Any other symbol, patch or emblem must be approved by the Athletic Director.
· The Varsity Letter Jacket is not to be worn by individuals other than the student earning the letter.
