Weekly Portfolio Packs Dear All, The weekly portfolio for the oncoming week commencing 13th June 2016 now comprise of the following five stocks. 1. Timken India 2. D Link India 3. Avanti Feeds 4. Take Solution 5. Infosys As you are aware, the features of the weekly portfolios are as under: These portfolios are designed for the investors having lower ticket size of investment (Less than Rs1 Lakh) wanting to invest for short duration. Therefore we have categorised the portfolios under 3 heads. Compact: This category of portfolio starts with most basic and lowest ticket size amongst all three portfolios. The minimum amount to begin with is Rs. 15,000 with investors having low risk appetite. Saver: This category of portfolio starts with medium ticket size of investment. The minimum amount to begin with is Rs. 25,000 with investors having low to moderate risk appetite. Ultra: This category of portfolio starts with highest ticket size of investment amongst all three portfolios. The minimum amount to begin with is Rs. 50,000 with investors having higher risk appetite. The portfolios have following characteristics The amount to be invested in all five stocks as per the prescribed weight. The investors have to buy all the stocks and not single stock to be left out while designing the portfolio. The above portfolios will contain target as well as stop loss. The investors have to collectively track the target return or stop loss. If the targeted return (example: The desired return amount) is achieved, the investors are expected to exit in all stocks even if one single stock gives return equivalent to total return. Similarly if the targeted amount of loss is achieved, the stop loss gets triggers and it is advised to exit in all stocks even if the losses results in single stock itself. The portfolio duration ends at the expiry of week and at the end of the week the investors are advised to exit in all stocks. Investors or dealer need not have to wait for the whole week and if the targeted profit or loss is achieved during the first few days of week, exit is advised.
