Weekly Newsletter May 7, 2017 From the Principal’s Desk 2017 Grand Raffle Winners Our very excited 2017 Grand Raffle Winners received their official checks this week at school. Congratulations to the following winners: $10,000 Jen Graue $2,000 Kris Pino $1,000 Israel Pelcastre Once again, thank you for your support in making this a successful fundraiser for our school and benefiting our children. St. Joseph Catholic School provides an outstanding education with many programs for our students. We keep our tuition as low as possible through our fundraisers throughout the year. During his visit to the United States, Pope Francis said: “School then ends up being one big family. A family, where together with our mothers and fathers, our grandparents, our teachers and friends, we learn to help one another, to share our good qualities, to give the best of ourselves, to work as a team, for that is very important, and to pursue our dreams.” His quote sounds like he is describing St. Joseph Catholic School. Thank you for all you do for our St. Joseph Catholic School family! May Crowning Thank you to Mrs. Goethe and the Second Grade class! All of our students attended May Crowning on Friday morning, which was led by the second grade students, Mrs. Goethe, and Fr. Lawton.
