Job Description
Customer Solutions Specialists (CSS) take inbound calls from members in need of roadside assistance (a tire change, a jump start, a tow for their vehicle) and arrange the needed service with a local towing company/wrecker service. CSSs take calls from all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada - the job involves no sales and no collections - it simply involves helping people out in their time of need!
Skills Needed
Strong Phone Skills: to include interviewing the member and answering questions Verbal Communication Skills: to build a relationship and to explain procedures Active Listening Skills: To verify member information and to establish the reason for the call Ability to follow a script for various calls Research location by using a mapping program Ability to meet company standards and goals Typing Computer Skills Ability to multi-task Time Management Job Requirements
Previous Customer Service Experience - preferred Call Center Experience - preferred
Spanish/English or French/English bilingual CSSs are needed to fully assist our members all across the country.
Full, paid training for all new hires - no experience necessary! Full medical benefits (dental/vision) available after 60 days for full-time employees.

Summary: This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment, primarily
the customized assembly machines for Motor Production Lines.
Essential Functions of the Job: The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without
reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:
Receive verbal instructions from supervisor.
Perform basic to advanced machine repair and maintenance.
Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Fabricates custom repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment.
Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
Lift or move up to 50 pounds and climb up to a height of 50 feet.
May be exposed to minor risk of electrical shock in the repair of electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Recommended Education and/or Experience
Technical School Degree (2 years) in Industrial Technology with a concentration and knowledge of
electrical circuits, electronic device basics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC programming
Minimum three to five years related machine repair and maintenance experience.
