The Mid-Hudson Valley Fur Harvesters Association is a nonprofit group of Trappers and Predator Hunters that represent the interests of Fur Harvesters in Washington and Rensselaer Counties. We are dedicated to promoting our sport and fostering a future that accepts and encourages the use of renewable resources. We are currently seeking new members to become active in the association, and help us with our goals of “Educating the Future and Remembering the Past”. Annual dues to the organization are very low, while the difference we make continues to get higher. We currently have active representatives within the Washington County Federation of Sportsman’s Clubs, Rensselaer County Conservation Alliance, New York State Trappers Association, National Trappers Association, Conservation Alliance of New York, and the New York State Conservation Council.
