Coping with change means more than simplyaccepting or rejecting changes as they occur. A widerange of MIDDLE OF THE ROAD attitudes include:
1. Minimal acceptance- Ok, I'm not happy but I’ll do it.
2. Partial acceptance- I’ll go along with this, but I’mnot doing that.
3. Forced acceptance- I hate it, but I have no choice
4. Resistance- I'm going to find a way to avoid this.
5. Actively opposed- Let’s take this to the top.
